This is a little school in Bolivia that provides free quality education, health care and daily meals to local children that would otherwise go without. It employs only local Bolivians and has numerous outreach programs throughout the community. They even manage to fund some students through university.


And, they rely solely on donations to continue their amazing work.

With your help we are attempting to raise at least $5000 (£3059.22 in real money). There is a lot that this money can go towards. The school is in the process of moving from renting to buying a property and will have a lot of work to do getting ready for the next school year. On top of this there are the ongoing costs of feeding the kids each day. As they don't get fed outside of school, malnutrition is a real danger. It costs just $312.50 (£190.70) to feed one kid for an entire school year, so your money can go a really really long way. Your donations will make lots of kids incredibly happy and also maintain their very existence.

We are planning on visiting the school for a few weeks to help out and see what is being done with your overwhelmingly generous offers.

As an added bonus, along with your donation you may request that we take a picture doing something of your choosing... It could be jumping into a freezing cold lake, or eating something weird, or high fiving a leprechaun. Whatever it is, we will do our best to make it happen for you and we will post the picture in the section of this blog entitled "This one's for you!"
